Job Role
Sales Executive – Car Detailing
Handle daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Attend showroom customers and understand their requirements.
Explain car detailing services, packages, ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, interior cleaning, and other services.
Generate current leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Upsell premium detailing packages and additional services.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Handle and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Monitor Target vs Achievement.
Develop recent B2B and corporate customer opportunities.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the service team.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
