Sales Executive / Sales Team Leader – Car Detailing Services
Handle daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Attend showroom customers and understand their requirements.
Explain car detailing services, packages, ceramic coating, PPF, polishing, interior cleaning, and other services.
Generate recent leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Upsell premium detailing packages and additional services.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Guide and manage the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Monitor Target vs Achievement and take corrective actions to improve sales performance.




Develop current B2B and corporate customer opportunities.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the service team for resolution.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
