Role Overview

We're looking for an HR recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for JAZZ Earbudere — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to help the team grow.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Screen resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.




Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation.
Assist in meeting monthly hiring targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Valuable spoken and written communication skills
Comfortable using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and basic Excel
Able to manage multiple open positions at the same time
