Role Purpose

The Associate Regional Head is responsible for driving business growth through the Agency Business Partner channel by managing a team of Branch Managers and frontline sales (FLS) teams. The role focuses on agency recruitment, productivity, revenue generation, channel development, and achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
Drive overall regional business targets through Agency Business Partner channel.
Achieve premium, revenue, activation, and productivity goals for the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of branches.

Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Branch Managers and FLS teams across the region.
Ensure effective manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Build a high-performance sales culture within the region.

Agency Development




Drive recruitment and activation of quality agency partners/advisors.
Strengthen relationships with key business partners and agencies.
Ensure partner productivity, engagement, and retention.

Training & Capability Building
Support training initiatives for Branch Managers and FLS teams.
Mentor teams on sales processes, customer acquisition, and product positioning.
Ensure adherence to sales quality and compliance standards.

Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth branch operations and process compliance.
Track business MIS, pipeline management, and regional dashboards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including underwriting, operations, HR, and marketing teams.

Market & Competition Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Identify growth prospects in the assigned geography.
Develop local market strategies to improve channel performance.
