Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of 45 members while driving admissions for UG & PG programs offered in collaboration with reputed universities.

Role & responsibilities
Lead, coach, and monitor a team of 45 sales professionals.
Drive daily conversions, admissions, and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
Support the team with lead handling, follow-ups, objection handling, and closures.
Maintain sales discipline, CRM updates, and regular performance reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of relevant EdTech/UG-PG sales experience.
Prior team-handling or mentoring experience preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, and sales skills.
Target-oriented with a robust ownership mindset.
