Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold beverages and other café products.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other café equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, qualified service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment.
Manage daily mise en place and stock of coffee, milk and other ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
Handle customer queries and requests efficiently.
Support smooth café operations during busy hours.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper inventory.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
Basic knowledge of latte art is an advantage.
Good customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced café workplace.
Well-groomed, friendly and professional personality.
Teamwork and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
