About the Role
Hunger Land Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Barista to join our team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for beverages and customer service and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails, shakes, cold beverages and other drinks as per café standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portioning.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, skilled service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/beverage preparation area.
Keep beverage ingredients, equipment and supplies properly stocked.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with other café operations when required.
Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and customer service.
Requirements
Previous barista or café experience is preferred but freshers with a genuine interest in learning are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
