This is a contractual role. The trainers must work in offline mode. Locations are Delhi NCR and Kanpur. The duration of training would be 6-7 hours Monday to Saturday. They must be in campus from 9:00am to 4.30pm.

Job Description – MERN Stack Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for engineering students. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and be capable of conducting hands-on training, mentoring learners on live projects, and preparing them for industry roles.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training on MERN Stack technologies in both classroom and online environments.
Design, develop, and continuously update training content, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, hackathons, and project-based learning.
Mentor students in developing real-world full-stack web applications and capstone projects.
Guide learners in software development best practices, clean code principles, debugging, testing, and deployment.
Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations to measure learner progress.
Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual mentoring to support student learning.
Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and assessment records.
Collaborate with academic, placement, and operations teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Stay updated with the latest JavaScript ecosystem, frameworks, tools, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Relevant certifications in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Cloud, or Full Stack Development are an added advantage.
