Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and tools
n
- Automate content management operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
n
- Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs to enhance platform capabilities
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize application performance
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
n
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
n
- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and user guides
n
- Continuously update skills with latest AEM releases and best practices
n
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and development processes
n

Preferred candidate profile

n

n

n
- Proficient in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and Coral UI development for AEM
n
- Experience building custom AEM workflows and schedulers
n
- Expertise with REST API integration and GraphQL in AEM
n
- Working knowledge of JCR repository, JCR Query Builder, and content indexing
n
- Hands-on experience with Maven, Git, and Agile tools like JIRA
n
- Experience with AEM content fragments and experience fragments
n
- Ability to create custom tools to automate content operations (e.g., rename/move content tools, approval workflows)
n
