Job Description and Responsibilities for Walk Me Developer

- Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.
n
- Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.
n
- Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.
n
- Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.
n
- Train Client team members on WalkMe platform
n
- Work with subject matter experts and product owners to design solutions for WalkMe
n

Experience and Qualification

n

n
- 3+Years experience working with WalkMe and 5+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role




n
- Walkme developer certified
n
- Walkme DAP100 professional
n
- Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, , etc.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments
n
- Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practices
n
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
n
- Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality
n
- The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
