Studio Andem is seeking an experienced Senior Draughtsman to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for engineering, architectural, or manufacturing projects. You'll bring strong CAD expertise, sound knowledge of design standards, and the ability to mentor junior team members while ensuring drawing accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
Prepare and revise detailed 2D/3D technical drawings from specifications and engineering calculations
Translate design concepts from engineers, architects, or clients into exact documentation
Ensure drawings meet industry codes and company standards
Review junior draughtsmen's work for accuracy
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve design issues
Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and documentation control
Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and fabrication drawings
Conduct site visits to verify measurements as needed

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil,



or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5–8+ years of drafting/design experience, including 2+ years in a senior role
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, MicroStation, or similar
Working knowledge of drawing standards (ISO, ASME, BIS, or regional codes)
Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred
BIM and 3D modeling experience
Prior mentoring/supervisory experience
Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
