Designation - BDM Channel - CSC vertical ctc upto 3.25lpa +incentives Responsible for delivering superior customer service by handling policy servicing requests, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and resolve service requests (policy changes, premium payments, surrender, loan, etc.)
Process policy-related transactions in system within defined TAT and accuracy parameters
Educate customers on policy features, renewal process, and digital service options
Maintain updated records and ensure compliance with IRDAI and company norms
Coordinate with branch sales and operations teams for issue resolution
Generate and submit daily service reports to the CSC Manager
