Responsibilities:
Opportunity identification.
Research and identify recent business prospects, including Newmarket's, growth areas, and trends.
Client relationship management.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Strategic planning.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
Market research.
Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
Sales strategy.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
Partnership development
Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.




Reporting and analysis.
Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills
Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationshipmanagement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-termpartnerships.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation /MBA - Marketing

Salary :- Upto 13.00 LPA
