We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager - Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition efforts for our Consumer Acquisition and Home Health division. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in customer acquisition strategies and a proven track record of driving results in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive customer growth for the CA/HH division
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute acquisition campaigns and initiatives
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of acquisition efforts




Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in customer acquisition

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in customer acquisition or related role
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
