We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development skilled to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of executives, driving sales over the phone, building robust customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and effectively guide a team of business development executives.
Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.




Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
Coordinate with the clients and set up meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Required Candidate Profile:
5 - 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
Prior team leading experience.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and regional language.
Confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls.
Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel and call-tracking systems.
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / related field preferred).
