React Engineer – Camunda & Financial Services

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced React Engineer to develop and modernize enterprise front-end applications supporting financial services, lending, collections, and payment processes.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in React, Camunda Workflow Orchestration, API integrations, event-driven architecture, rules engines, real-time processing, and Azure, along with solid knowledge of banking and financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, test, and deploy scalable React-based front-end applications.
- Integrate Camunda for workflow.
- Build and consume REST APIs and implement API-led integrations across enterprise systems.
- Contribute to event-driven and real-time processing solutions.
- Integrate Rules/Decision Engines for automated business decisioning.
- Develop and integrate solutions for Debit Orders, DebiCheck, and Mandate Management.
- Work with Azure Platform Services for application deployment and management.
- Implement application monitoring, logging, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Follow enterprise security, governance, and banking operational controls.
- Collaborate with product owners,



business teams, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to automation and modernization initiatives to reduce manual operational processes.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js / React
- Experience with Camunda Workflow Orchestration
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Understanding of API-led integration
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of Rules Engines / Decision Engines
- Understanding of real-time processing
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of software development and integration patterns

Financial Services Experience – Required :

Candidates should have experience working on large-scale financial services platforms, particularly in one or more of:

- Collections
- Lending Servicing
- Repayment Platforms
- Debt Management
- Payment Collections
- Debit Order Management
- DebiCheck
- Mandate Management
- Arrears Management

Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services regulatory requirements, security controls, and operational risk is highly desirable.
