Track what works: reach, enquiry volume, cost per enquiry — and report it weekly

Part 2 — Counsel and convert the leads (roughly 50% of your time)
Call every digital enquiry within 30 minutes during working hours
Understand the student's background (B.Com, CA dropout, working qualified) and recommend the right programme honestly
Explain course structure, exam pattern, fees, EMI options and career outcomes for ACCA and US CMA
Log every interaction in TeleCRM and run structured follow-ups until admission or a explicit no
Coordinate demo classes and counselling sessions with faculty
Feed back what students actually ask about into your next month's content
