0 – 3 Years of experience in Customer Support BPO is preferred
Positive customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Email and handling skills, able to articulate the requirement and coherent in communication.
Familiarity with computer systems and basic user experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of responses from the customer.
Excellent communication and writing skills
University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies in any UG degree.
Ability to work scheduled shifts.
Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
Skills in MS Excel basics and MS Word.
