About the Role

Divyakush Constructions is looking for an experienced Freelance Billing Engineer to support construction projects with accurate measurement, billing, quantity estimation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills .
Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, and measurements .
Check contractor/vendor bills against actual site work.
Prepare MB (Measurement Book) and measurement sheets.
Track executed quantities and project progress.
Verify material consumption and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, and clients .
Identify billing discrepancies and resolve measurement issues.
Support cost estimation and variation/additional work billing .
Maintain accurate billing records and project documentation.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Civil Construction Billing .
Experience with BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, RA Bills and Final Billing .
Valuable knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD .
Understanding of PEB/steel and civil construction is an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant billing experience.
