Build and maintain detailed models and dashboards for reporting at city, regional, and global levels.
Develop analytical frameworks to support the company’s expansion into new markets and products.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new products, features, and business strategies.
Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvements or cutting-edge processes to enhance team efficiency.
Ensure continuous optimization of support team processes to maximize operational effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changing business needs by learning new tools and methodologies.

Requirements




Analysis of both high-level and granular (category and/or product specific) business trends
Experience in data processing, data analysis, and automation.
Strong proficiency in advanced SQL, and data visualization tools Tableau/Power BI
Experience in Python.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to design, execute, and interpret tests.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and experience in documenting and presenting data findings.
