About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of baking, cake preparation, decoration, and maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, breads, puffs burger , pizza , and other bakery products.
Prepare and decorate customized and theme cakes according to customer requirements.
Handle cake frosting, piping, fillings and basic cake decoration techniques.
Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
Prepare and organize ingredients before production.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.




Properly store ingredients and finished products.
Monitor product quality and minimize wastage.
Assist in developing recent products and seasonal specials.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements
Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred.
Positive knowledge of baking and cake decoration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Positive time management and ability to handle multiple orders.
Knowledge of eggless baking is an advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
