Role Purpose
To manage and coordinate subcontracted service activities, cost efficiency, and solid vendor relationships to support production and business objectives.
Subcontracting Operations
Logistics, Store & Material Handling service, Facility maintenance contracts (Housekeeping, canteen service) etc
Coordinate with internal teams for labor mobilization and processing requirements.
Ensure timely labor mobilization by subcontractors.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper records of subcontracting transactions, challans, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
Prepare reports related to subcontracting performance and KPIs.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between internal departments and subcontractors.
Resolve operational issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth communication flow across stakeholders.
