Role: Assistant Production – Microbiologist

Experience: 2–5 years in microbiology/production

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day microbiology production activities.
Handle production processes as per SOPs and quality standards.
Perform and monitor microbiological testing and analysis.
Maintain proper documentation, batch records and production reports.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and safety procedures.
Coordinate with QA/QC and production teams.
Monitor production schedules, raw materials and inventory.
Identify and troubleshoot production-related issues.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and aseptic conditions.
Support the Production Manager in achieving daily production targets.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microbiology and laboratory techniques.
Understanding of SOPs, GMP and quality control procedures.
Positive documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to handle laboratory and production equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
