Key Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in the Banca Channel (Life Insurance).
Candidates must have Banca Channel experience.
Manage 9–15 assigned bank branches.
Drive life insurance sales through the Banca channel.
Activate inactive branches and strengthen branch relationships.
Achieve business targets through regular branch visits and joint calls.
Train and support bank staff on insurance products.
Eligibility:
Minimum 2+ years of Banca Channel experience in Life Insurance.
Robust sales and relationship management skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Willingness to travel 80–100 km daily within the assigned territory.
Must be comfortable with frequent branch visits.
