Role & Responsibilities
Assist the service team with equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing.
Support engineers in basic troubleshooting of electronic and instrumentation equipment.
Participate in customer visits and assist with resolving technical issues under supervision.
Maintain service reports, visit records, inventory, GRN, and serial number details.
Assist in product demonstrations and accessory promotion.
Coordinate with the team for customer follow-ups and service requirements.
Gain practical exposure to field service operations, customer handling, and technical troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical,



or related discipline.
Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience in field service or technical support can apply.
Basic knowledge of electronics, instrumentation, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid interest in field service and technical problem-solving.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn and work in a field-based workplace.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory / pan-India as required.
Candidates with their own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.
