Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bid Manager to lead the end-to- end bid and proposal management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, coordinating, and submitting high-quality competitive bids, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders across multiple business lines. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and proposal-writing capabilities to maximize win rates and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Bid Planning & Strategy - Lead bid/no-bid decision-making processes by evaluating strategic fit, chance size,
competition, and probability of success.
Develop winning bid strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor positioning. End-to-End Bid Management - Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract
award.
Create and manage bid schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure timely submission of compliant, accurate, and high-quality proposals.

Proposal

Development - Coordinate the preparation of technical, commercial, and financial proposal responses.




Develop compelling executive summaries, value propositions, case studies, and solution narratives.
Review and edit proposal content to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with
customer requirements.

Stakeholder

Coordination - Collaborate with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Operations, Finance, Legal,
Procurement, and Leadership teams.
Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and review sessions.
Ensure all stakeholders provide timely and accurate inputs.

Required Skills and Experience - Should have 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Bid Management, Proposal
Management, Business Development, Sales Operations, or Project Management
Demonstrated experience managing complex RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tender
submissions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills
Strong business writing and communication abilities.
