Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Brand Development Officers to join our team. The role involves promoting our products/services, developing new customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting the growth of our brand in the assigned area.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness about company products and services.
Identify and approach potential customers.
Generate new leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
Maintain basic customer and sales records.
Submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
Represent the company professionally in the market.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.




Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
