We are looking for a Business Analyst with robust experience in the Banking Domain and exposure to banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong requirement analysis, functional design and customer interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit and analyze business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, FSD and approach documents.
Create prototypes, wireframes and process flows.
Finalize application scope.
Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to development and testing teams.
Assist the Project Manager with effort estimation.
Conduct functional reviews and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct product demonstrations.
Interact with customers and contribute to functional design.
Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
Banking Domain knowledge is mandatory.
Experience with Banking Applications.
Solid knowledge of BRD and FRD.
Requirement Analysis and Business Process Design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Remittance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates preferably from an IT company with exposure to banking projects.
Education Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance.
CBAP certification will be an added advantage.
Significant Note The role requires travel as per client requirements. A minimum 1-year service commitment after joining on the company payroll is required.
