Responsibilities
Contact leads through calls and follow-ups.
Understand candidate requirements and explain suitable opportunities.
Explain the recruitment process and applicable service charges.
Convert interested leads into customers.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the recruitment team.

Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive.
Experience in sales, telecalling, or recruitment preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
