Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our Non-Life Insurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing insurance applications, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth administration of policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and proficiency in insurance-related software and office tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the processing of insurance applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring timely processing.
Maintain and organize document management systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
Provide administrative support to the insurance team, ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Generate and maintain reports related to policy processing and administrative tasks.





Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an insurance back-office role is required.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in Motor & Health insurance processing is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance management software.
Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with internal stakeholders.
