Job Responsibilities:
Generate new membership and acquire current customers.
Generate business for Gold Loan, Property Loan and other loan products.
Handle customer enquiries, loan follow-ups and required documentation.
Support recovery-related activities and follow up with overdue customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing and recent customers.
Achieve assigned business and recovery targets.
Maintain daily work records and submit reports to the Branch Manager.
Required Skills: Good communication, customer handling, sales, follow-up, basic computer/Excel knowledge and target-oriented approach. Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
