Hiring: Business Development Manager – Technology & Digital Solutions

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹35,000-50,000 per month + performance based incentives

Sanket Communications a leading Adtech company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our technology and digital solutions vertical.

Key Areas
Websites and web platforms
Mobile and custom applications
AI solutions, automation and digital transformation
Games, AR/VR and interactive experiences
Custom software and technology-led solutions

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business prospects
Meet clients, understand requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
Work with technical and creative teams to develop proposals and pitches
Build relationships with corporate, government, PSU and institutional clients
Manage opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and closure
Identify relevant tenders,



RFPs and partnership opportunities

Requirements:
3–6+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
Prior experience in IT, software, SaaS, digital solutions or technology services preferred
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technology concepts and translate client requirements into business opportunities
Experience in enterprise, government or PSU sales will be an advantage

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred. MBA or equivalent management qualification will be an advantage.
