About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised coordinator who can own communication, scheduling, and follow-ups end-to-end — without needing to be chased or reminded. This role sits at the center of client communication, internal coordination, and task tracking, and is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility early in their career.

Key Responsibilities
Track upcoming meetings and priorities, and ensure calendar invites are scheduled correctly
Confirm attendance for important calls and coordinate between multiple people
Follow up on pending tasks before they turn into delays
Manage skilled client follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Drive payment follow-ups consistently until resolved
Keep trackers and status updates current without prompting
Prepare documents and presentations as needed
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to complete work faster and more accurately
Flag issues early, before they become urgent
Ensure every communication loop is closed — no open threads left hanging

Must-Have Skills




Solid spoken and written English
Confident WhatsApp, email, and phone communication
Calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
Professional client and payment follow-up experience
Basic document and presentation creation
Comfortable with Google Workspace
Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple tasks/conversations simultaneously

Fresh graduate or someone with 6–18 months of internship/work experience
Background in business, marketing, communications, management, or similar
Already experimenting with AI tools personally
