10+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.

5+ years of experience in architecting solutions using Databricks, and Power BI.

5+ years of experience in spark and spark sql.

n

3+ years of experience in ADF and working in enterprise level platforms / teams.

n

3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

3+ years of experience Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, SQL, Python, and Spark.

Job Summary:

n

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with deep expertise in Data Engineering and Data Analytics to lead offshore delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Power BI, and will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n





Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end data engineering and analytics solutions.

n

Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

n

Architect and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other Azure services.

n

Should have excellent experience in building the business consumption layer by understanding the reporting needs.

n

Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics using Power BI.

n

Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.

n

Provide technical leadership to offshore development teams and mentor junior engineers.

n

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

n

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
