Job Description

n

Fastor7 is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who has worked with good brands and

n

deep-technology products and understands how to translate complex systems into simple,

n

intuitive, and premium user experiences.

n

This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end product design—from user research and

n

flows to design systems, micro-interactions, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile.

n

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to design experiences

n

that are not only visually world-class but also usable, scalable, and business-aligned.

n

● 3+ years of skilled experience in UI/UX or Product Design

n

● Strong experience designing technology products, SaaS platforms, or complex

applications

n

● Proven expertise in:

n

○ End-to-end user flows, journeys, and information architecture

n

○ Creating and maintaining design systems & component libraries

n

○ Designing high-fidelity UI with a premium, polished look

n

○ Micro-interactions, transitions, and motion for better usability

n

○ Responsive design for web, tablet, and mobile

n

● Hands-on experience with tools like Figma (mandatory), FigJam, Adobe Suite, or similar

n

● Ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand technical constraints

n

n

● Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability best practices

n

● Experience validating designs using user feedback, testing, and iteration

n

● Attention to detail with a strong sense of typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy

n
