Business Development Associate (Growth & Strategy)Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate who will play a key role in supporting and scaling our business operations. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, sales, and client relationships, offering hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing business operates.

If you’re curious, proactive, and excited to learn across multiple functions, this role will give you real ownership and high-impact experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support core business development and growth initiatives
Plan and execute social media strategies to improve brand presence and engagement
Contribute to marketing strategy, campaigns, and performance analysis
Handle sales calls, lead qualification, and follow-ups
Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring clean and actionable data
Assist with client onboarding, communication, and relationship management
Execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.)
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market and growth experiments

Who We’re Looking For
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in business, startups, marketing, and sales
Comfortable speaking with clients and prospects




Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in business development, marketing, or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
