Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.
Handle customer and dealer service-related enquiries.
Update customer and service details in the CRM.
Coordinate with dealers and service teams for timely service.
Follow up with customers and dealers regarding service requests.
Maintain accurate call and service records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service operations.
Prepare basic reports as required.
Requirements
Any Degree.
0–1 year of experience; freshers can also apply.
Positive communication and call-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Candidates with experience or exposure to electronics and home appliances will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Working Hours- 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
