Job Summary:

The Executive is responsible for connecting with clients via calls to understand their skilled background, gather detailed career information, and ensure high-quality profile creation. The role involves solid communication, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams to deliver an enhanced CV/profile service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls with clients to collect detailed career information for the service.
Understand client experience, achievements, roles, and career goals through structured discussions.
Capture accurate and complete information required for profile/CV development.
Coordinate with the Resume Development (ResDev) team to ensure quality output.
Follow up with clients for additional inputs, clarifications, or approvals.
Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within defined TAT.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
Deliver a high level of customer experience and professionalism during interactions.
