We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have valuable English communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build robust relationships with prospective customers.

This is an inside sales role with NO sales targets, focused on customer communication, lead follow-up, relationship building, and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for smooth customer handling.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
Prepare and share quotations or required information with customers.
Convert genuine business enquiries into potential opportunities.




Ensure timely follow-up and skilled customer service.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp and email.
Ability to communicate with customers professionally over phone and email.
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in Inside Sales, BDE, Telecalling, Customer Relationship or Business Development will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, confident, presentable, positive, and comfortable communicating in English, with a genuine interest in building a career in business development and customer relationships. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
