Hiring: Business Development Manager Urban Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai / Delhi NCR

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and identify recent opportunities in the Urban Infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in urban infrastructure and consulting.
Build and maintain relationships with government departments, ULBs, development agencies, infrastructure companies and other key stakeholders.
Lead business development activities including EOIs, RFPs, tenders and proposals.
Track upcoming projects, tenders and market opportunities in urban infrastructure.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for preparation of proposals and presentations.
Support client meetings, negotiations and strategic partnerships.




Develop market intelligence and contribute to the organization's growth strategy.

Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Infrastructure, Architecture, Management or related field.
5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Infrastructure or Urban Infrastructure.
Experience in government/urban infrastructure projects, consulting, PMC, DPR, smart cities, urban planning, water/wastewater, transport or municipal infrastructure will be preferred.
Robust networking, communication, proposal and client-management skills.
Candidates with established relationships with government/ULB/infrastructure stakeholders will have an advantage.
