You Should Be Someone Who:
Is genuinely interested in dermatology, skincare and personal care
Wants to build a long-term career in healthcare / dermatology business development
Is comfortable taking on challenges and working in an entrepreneurial environment
Is excited about building new markets and customer relationships rather than following a fixed playbook
Has solid communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Is proactive, curious and willing to learn about dermatology products, ingredients and applications
Is confident speaking with doctors, dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors and skincare brands

What You’ll Do
Identify and connect with potential customers and business partners in the dermatology and skincare space




Develop recent business opportunities for our dermatology product portfolio
Reach out to dermatologists, dermatology clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors and skincare companies
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable product opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert opportunities into business
Explore new markets, applications and distribution opportunities
Work closely with the team to develop and expand our dermatology business
