WE’RE HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEER

Location: Trichy

Job Type: Full-time | Office-based

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in site execution

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to coordinate and monitor multiple ongoing construction sites while also supporting our sister concern, Masha Academy.

Key Responsibilities
Track and document daily progress across multiple sites
Verify measurements, bills and billing-related records
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and the management team
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
Monitor work schedules and follow up on pending activities
Conduct practical construction-related classes for professionals at Masha Academy
Prepare clear and industry-relevant training materials

Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering




Minimum 2–3 years of site experience
Good knowledge of billing, measurements and site execution
Robust communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain practical construction concepts clearly
Basic proficiency in Excel and project documentation

Salary

Salary will be offered as per market standards. Candidates with higher experience and relevant expertise will be offered a better package.

This is strictly an office-based role in Trichy. Work from home is not available. Only candidates currently residing in Trichy or ready to work in office in Trichy should apply.
