About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to support the execution and day-to-day management of residential construction (independent villas & bungalows) projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, disciplined, willing to work in office and keen to build a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and site engineers.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and approved quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
Check workmanship and ensure proper construction practices are followed.
Maintain daily site records, measurements and progress reports.
Assist in material planning and ensure timely availability at site.
Identify and report site issues, delays or quality concerns to the senior team.
Ensure proper housekeeping,



safety practices and discipline at the site.
Coordinate with different trades to ensure smooth execution of work.

Candidate Profile
Diploma in Civil Engineering OR ITI qualification in any construction-related trade such as Mason, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Welder, etc.
0–1 year of experience in construction/site supervision. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Basic understanding of construction activities, drawings and measurements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites across Bengaluru.
Should be proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
