About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with strong expertise in NestJS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and driving architectural decisions. This role requires a strong backend focus using NestJS while working across the MERN stack to deliver enterprise-grade products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
n
- Build robust backend services and REST APIs using NestJS, Node.js, and Express.js.
n
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
n
- Design scalable microservices and enterprise application architecture.
n
- Optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
n
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure engineering best practices.
n
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and cross-functional teams.
n
- Drive CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
n
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4–12 years of Full Stack Development experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of Technical Leadership or Architecture experience.

- Experience working in Product-based companies or quick-paced startup environments is preferred.
