Qualification: CA / CMA preferred
Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations.
Handle project finance, budgeting, costing & cash flow.
Monitor project-wise P&L;, profitability, ROI and MIS.
Manage banking, fund raising, loans & investor relationships.
Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, RERA & statutory compliances.
Control project expenses, receivables and working capital.
Lead Finance & Accounts team and support MD/CEO in financial decisions.
Must have solid experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.
Pay: ₹36,671.24 - ₹137,420.05 per month
