Ideate Reels, scripts, hooks, series, captions and content formats.

Write engaging scripts, storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual’s personality and tonality.
n
Understand each one’s personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.
n
Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.
n
Stay on top of recent culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.

Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.
n
Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

Solid creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.

Deep understanding of social media and social culture.

Someone who is constantly online and knows what’s trending and why.

Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas.
