Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales/business development for the assigned territory/cluster.
Lead, motivate and manage a large sales team to achieve business targets.
Responsible for customer acquisition, revenue generation and business growth.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, DSAs/channel partners and other stakeholders.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies and processes.
Track team productivity, collections and overall business performance.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching/support to team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
