We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese & Continental Chef to join our cafe during its opening phase. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Chinese and Continental cuisine and a passion for preparing fresh, delicious, flavorful, and consistently high-quality food. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Continental dishes according to the cafe’s menu.

Ensure every dish is tasty, well-presented, and consistent in quality. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety. Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation and service.

Help develop and improve recipes and menu items suitable for the cafe. Maintain proper portion sizes and control food wastage. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before preparation. Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required.

Train and guide kitchen staff to maintain consistent taste and presentation. Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining food quality.
