We are looking for Intern - Computational Structural Biologist with a solid foundation in protein modeling, enzyme engineering, and molecular simulations. The candidate will support structure-based design and analysis of proteins, enzymes, and biomolecular interactions.

Handson learning opportunities of drug discovery in industrial settings. Applications from Freshers & Student who wants to pursue dissertation projects are appreciated.

Key Skills:
Protein structure modeling and analysis
Protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions
Enzyme engineering and catalytic mechanism studies
Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations
QM/MM modeling and DFT calculations
Familiarity with tools such as GROMACS, ORCA, PyMOL, ChimeraX, AlphaFold, Boltz-2, RFdiffusion (RFDiffusion), and related computational biology software
Programming in Python
Solid Linux environment skills




Experience working on HPC clusters
Knowledge of Docker and workflow automation
Exposure to LLMs/AI applications in biology is a plus

Passion for applying computational approaches to protein and enzyme design

Experience with enzyme engineering, protein modeling, MD, QM/MM, or computational enzymology through a dissertation/ project will be consider valuable even for fresh graduates.

Qualification: M.Sc./M. Tech. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Structural Biology, Computational Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
