Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer and party information in the CRM system.
Add and manage current customer/party records.
Record and track customer orders, follow-ups, and communications.
Monitor pending customer follow-ups and ensure timely action.
Track order status from Order Received → Confirmed → Dispatched → Delivered.
Record customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Godown, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales-related activities in the CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM/MIS reports.
Monitor pending orders, follow-ups, complaints, and other significant activities.
Provide timely updates to management regarding pending and completed tasks.
Ensure that all CRM data is accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
Support the sales team in maintaining positive customer relationships.
Follow up with customers whenever required and ensure proper communication.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
